Dilasha joined E-Clear with being assigned a dedicated task: implementing and designing the automated settlement procedures on an e-commerce platform. Although being mainly asked to develop JAVA utilities in an EJB3 environment based on an Oracle infrastructure, Dilasha was also responsible for designing new and adequate database schemes necessray for the settlement procedures. She was asked to design and implement algorithms as being provided by product management. Those implementations were always requested for optimastion in terms of database infrastructure as well as to the needs of the front end AJAX/Spring implementation.
As per Dilasha's experience we always found her work as to be very fruitful to E-Clear. Even her on-time delivery was helping us out to get releases delivered as per forecasted project deadline. We found Dilasha not only being an excellent addition to our group of skills, she was a real good team player, always assiting others to optimise the team's performance.
We do recommend Dilasha as a highly skilled developer as well as being a really experienced analyst, being able to deliver solutions on complex tasks.
