Nursery Manager

 

  • Responsible in developing ethos of  Under Fives.

  • To create a welcoming family friendly environment.

  • To be responsible at all times for high standards of care and education of children between 0 to five years in accordance with statutory requirements.

 

 

 

JL Telemarketing / Arise 2010-2014

 

Client relations officer 

 

  • Managing existing clients and businesses.

  • Generating new client through telesales.

  • Advising new clients of the benefits of each product and providing in depth knowledge of each product.

 

E-Clear Plc Ltd 2008 -2010 

 

Clearing and settlement manager 

 

  • Responsible for clearing and settlement reconciliation.

  • Prepare statements for settlement reconciliation to all E-clear merchants.

  • Provide customer support for settlement purposes. 

  • In charge of keeping the department scalable, efficient and sound.

  • Support IT department to set up clearing and settlement engine.

 

RiskMetrics Group ISS London 2007-2008 / 2010

 

Client relationship manager

 

  • First point of contact for all new UK and European clients and selected existing clients.

  • Provide proxy voting and a variety of other services relating to corporate governance.

  • Successful project completion of client implementation for HMOS, Invesco, Edinburgh Partners, Groupama and many other middle size UK and European clients.

 

 

 

HSBC Group Sri Lanka 2000-2007 

 

Assistant manager account services 2006-2007

 

  • Ensure procedural regulatory compliance in account documentation process.

  • Provide high quality service to personal and corporate customers in line with HSBC Group KYC (Know Your Customer)/AML / Operational risk policies.

  • Supervise money laundering deterrence procedures in line with HSBC Groups and international banking conventions, local and federal legal requirements.

  • ​Responsible for coordinating month end reports for reconciliation.

  • Minimize unidentified transactions being outstanding in NOSTRO accounts.

  • Mentoring and coordinating trainings for new staff at settlement and clearing.
